The hotel is top-class and clean, has fabulous views over the Bay. Offers perfect service and excellent food. They provide wake up calls and ironing without charge too. The location is perfect and stunning and personnel is efficient. The property 

The accommodation had a central location on the sea front. Also, we were just 1 km to a national museum.

Everything there was first-class. Variety of outstanding food. Units with a nice view. Newly decorated room and good and absolutely perfect location adjacent to Douglas, Michigan, USA, the horse drawn trams and shops 

Bright, fairly clean place with very nice and polite staff in all areas. Fab and stunning location, right by Tower House.

It was an excellent stay for holiday. Central location was a plus. It was across the shopping area. The hotel had a good restaurant for dinner.

It was clean, and the people were extremely friendly. The hotel was placed in the central location on sea front.

Unbeatable location in the wonderful area, near a Michelin-starred restaurant and the promenade. The Michelin-starred restaurant on the premises. Perfect service during our stay. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.  

The place was fabulous and stunningly beautiful, with its welcoming staff in all areas. The location was fab and stunning, just next door to trains as well as the adjoining restaurant. Besides, just a few minutes 

It was clean with very-very nice staff in all areas. I was there for 4 nights and ate at Michelin-starred restaurant for dinner. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, used a lounge area, a safe box, and an iron. 

Spacious unit with a view. Amazing location just next door to the horse drawn trams, the adjoining restaurant and the shops and bus station. Besides, very convenient to St Georges Church.

It was in a marvellous and stunning location with a national museum nearby.

Clean place with extremely friendly staff and fabulous view of the sea. Recently refurbished and functional room with nice sized bathroom. Good and absolutely perfect location in Douglas so close to bus station, and a bus stop to the airport. 

The setting was quite good and fab within easy reach of a national museum. The staff was efficient and fantastic friendly throughout our stay.

The location is particularly good, not too far away from Bath & Bottle. All the staff members are best and amiable. I will be returning here soon, loved this place.

Gorgeous and clean place to stay in, it has extremely friendly staff in all areas. I have to mention the savoury breakfast with great view and proper coffee and poached eggs.
